Low Fat Weekly Menu--Day Four
Breakfast
an English wheat-bran muffin, split, ad spread with Yoghurt Cheese ( page 161 ) and sliced fruit
Snack
a Banana Almond Muffin ( page 140 ) and a skim cappuccino or similar
Lunch
a wholemeal roll spread with low-fat mayonnaise and filled with salad and lean chicken, an apple and diet softdrink
Snack
a tub of diet fruit yoghurt, 6-8 raw almonds and some pumpkin seeds
Dinner
a serve of Gazpacho ( page 53 ), Parmesan Dill Baked Fish ( page 64 ), baked sweet potato, green beans or broccoli, or a large mixed salad
Dessert
a serve of Chocolate Cherry Mousse ( page 156 )
