Low Fat Weekly Menu--Day Five
Breakfast
2 wholemeal crumpets spread with Yoghurt Cheese ( page 161 ), ½ grapefruit or an orange
Snack
a skim milk cappuccino or similar and a small handful of raw unsalted nuts
Lunch
a wholemeal roll (or 2 slices bread ) spread with mustard, filled with lean chicken, tuna or salmon, and a large salad served with a tablespoon of low-fat mayonnaise
Snack
a tub diet fruit yoghurt mixed with a tablespoon of whey protein powder
Dinner
a verve of Singapore Chicken Pasta ( page 87 ) and a large mixed salad
Dessert
Fruit salad with low-fat yoghurt and a few chopped almonds
