Low Fat Weekly Menu--Day Six

Breakfast

2 slices of wholemeal toast spread with low-fat cottage cheese, and sliced fresh fruit

Snack

a skim milk cappuccino or similar and a slice of Apricot & Ginger Health Loaf ( page 145 )

Lunch

shredded turkey or chicken mixed with a large salad of mixed greens and a tablespoon of low-fat mayonnaise, and a wholegrain bread roll

Snack

an orange and a few low-fat pretzels

Dinner

A serve of Spicy Tuna Loaf ( page 67 ), with a small baked potato and a large salad or mixed steamed vegetables

Dessert

1 cup of low-fat yoghurt with a few raw unsalted nuts and seeds and chopped mixed berries Both of my books will help you to come up with many other meal ideas, but here are some more suggestions.
