Low Fat Weekly Menu--Day Six
Breakfast
2 slices of wholemeal toast spread with low-fat cottage cheese, and sliced fresh fruit
Snack
a skim milk cappuccino or similar and a slice of Apricot & Ginger Health Loaf ( page 145 )
Lunch
shredded turkey or chicken mixed with a large salad of mixed greens and a tablespoon of low-fat mayonnaise, and a wholegrain bread roll
Snack
an orange and a few low-fat pretzels
Dinner
A serve of Spicy Tuna Loaf ( page 67 ), with a small baked potato and a large salad or mixed steamed vegetables
Dessert
1 cup of low-fat yoghurt with a few raw unsalted nuts and seeds and chopped mixed berries
