Strawberry & Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup diet strawberry yoghurt
  • 1 large banana, chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • ¾ cup chopped strawberries
  • 5 ice cubes
  • pinch nutmeg (optional)
Place all ingredients in an electric blender and blend until thick and creamy. Pour into two serving glasses.
