Fruit & Meringue Parfait
- 10 x 10 g meringue nests
- 3 × 200 g tubs light vanilla Fruche
- 500 g chopped mixed fruit in season (e.g. banana,
- mango, kiwi fruit, mixed berries)
Crush meringue nests and place in a large glass serving bowl. Add mixed fruit, reserving a little for decoration, and gently stir until evenly mixed.
Gently stir through Fruche.
Chill for an hour before serving. Decorate with reserved fruit and serve.
