Pita Chips (Microwave)

  • 1 large wholemeal pita bread
With a sharp knife or pair of scissors, cut pita bread into 12 wedges. place wedges in a single layer on paper towel on microwave carousel plate. Cook on HIGH for 1 minute.
Turn over and microwave for a further 1-1 '/2 minutes, or until crisp. Alternatively place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a 180? oven for 10 minutes.
