Spiced Horseradish Dip
- 1 cup non-fat plain yoghurt
- ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish*
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon mild paprika
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavours to develop. Delicious served as a spread with smoked salmon.
