Low-fat Pizza Crust
- 3 teaspoons dry yeast
- pinch of sugar
- 1 ¼ cups lukewarm water
- 3 cups plain flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water in small bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes until frothy.
Place flour and salt in a food processor. With motor running, gradually pour yeast mixture through tube until dough forms a ball. Process for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
Transfer dough to a mixing bowl. Cover with a damp tea towel and leave for 30-60 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 200~C. Punch dough down and knead for 1 minute. Roll dough into a circle to fit pizza tray, leaving edges a little thicker. Add desired Iow-fat topping and bake for 15-20 minutes.
