Peas with Sage & Ginger (Microwave)

  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • ½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon dried sage
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Place peas and ginger in microwave-proof dish. Cover and cook for 2 minutes on HIGH. Add sage and onion powder and cook for a further 1 minute on HIGH. Cook for an extra 1 minute if peas are not tender. Stir through lemon juice.
