Mushrooms with Parsley & Garlic (Microwave)
- 9 Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
- freshly ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
- 2 teaspoons fat-free vegetable stock
- pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Season mushrooms with pepper. Place mushrooms, garlic and stock in a microwave-proof dish. Cover and cook for 3 minutes on HIGH. Add nutmeg and parsley and cook a further I minute.
