Yoghurt Coriander Salad Dressing
- ½ cup non-fat plain yoghurt
- ½ cup chopped fresh coriander
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- pinch of sugar
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Whisk ingredients together in a bowl. Serve over a chicken or potato salad.
