Cinnamon Cream
- 1 cup Yoghurt Cheese (page 161)
- 2 tablespoons Iow-joule marmalade
- 1 tablespoon skim milk
- 1 teaspoon Splenda*
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until combined.
