Cinnamon Cream

  • 1 cup Yoghurt Cheese (page 161)
  • 2 tablespoons Iow-joule marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon Splenda*
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until combined.
