Raspberry Sauce
- 1 x 300 g packet frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Splenda*
- 1 tablespoon Orange Brandy Liqueur-style Essence
- (Queen)
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
Serve with a slice of chocolate cake (e.g. recipe pages 150 and 151) as a dessert or over fruit or yoghurt.
