Barbecue-seasoned Crumbed Fish

  • 500 g firm white fish fillets (e.g. perch)
  • 2/3 cup non-fat plain yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue seasoning (e.g. Masterfoods)
  • I cup dry breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 180?. Line a non-stick baking tray with baking paper.
Wash fish fillets and pat dry with paper towel. Combine yoghurt and tomato paste and place in a wide bowl. Combine barbecue seasoning and breadcrumbs and spread out on a plate.
Coat fish by dipping in yoghurt mixture, then rolling in breadcrumbs. Pat crumbs onto fish. Place fillets on oven tray and bake for 20 minutes.
