Parmesan Dill Baked Fish
- 4 x 150 g thick firm white fish fillets (e.g. dory, perch)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup non-fat plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 220?.
Pat fish dry with a paper towel, Arrange fish fillets in single layer in a rectangular glass or ceramic baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with pepper. Spread mixture over fish. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or untilfish is just cooked through and topping has browned.
