Spicy Tuna Loaf
- 1 x 425 g can tuna in springwater, drained and flaked
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 medium stick celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon chilli powder
- 4 egg whites or egg substitute*, lightly whisked
Preheat oven to 180?. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a non-
stick loaf tin.
Bake for 45 minutes. Serve hot or cotd with a green salad.
