Spicy Tuna Loaf

  • 1 x 425 g can tuna in springwater, drained and flaked
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 medium stick celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon chilli powder
  • 4 egg whites or egg substitute*, lightly whisked
Preheat oven to 180?. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a non- stick loaf tin.
Bake for 45 minutes. Serve hot or cotd with a green salad.
